Introducing Yoga Tips

We’ve just launched Yoga Tips, a mini-series of posts to help you fine-tune your asana practice.

Regularly posted bited-sized tips to help with alignment, focus, balance, muscle engagement, breathing, and even mindfulness tips.

Most of these things you’re likely to hear in class, but we want to collect and publish as many of those as we can to make them available anytime in an easy-to-digest format.

The first five tips are on the website now and more are coming. Start with the first tip:

Yoga Tip #1: Spread Your Toes. In standing poses, lift and spread your toes wide, then place them back down. This creates a solid, stable foundation and wakes up your feet.
