Slow & Strong is a flow class at a slower pace. We use the breath to guide movement and deepening into poses with each breath cycle. We use strenght for holding and deepening into poses. This class is about depth, integrity, and alignment, not speed. Expect slow movement, heavy holds, and earned calm.

“Inhale, lengthen. Exhale, lower” is something you’ll hear often.

This practice is suitable for all levels, whether you’ve never done yoga before or are a regular practitioner. Options are always provided to accommodate all abilities.
