Recover, release tension, and rebuild strength in a safe environment. Whether you are in the baby bubble or struggling with sleep, this is a space to reconnect.

Beyond yoga, we explore breathing techniques to keep you grounded. Think of this as a cocoon of time just for you.

There is no pressure here. If your baby needs to feed, be changed, or nap during class, that is perfectly normal. We work entirely around their schedule.

No previous experience is required. Come as you are and wear anything comfortable.
