A mix of yoga styles. There's one for everyone.
Hello! We're Mika (Yoga with Mika) and Vlad, and we're so excited to welcome you to our yoga studio right here in Waterlooville. As local residents of Leigh Park, we created this dedicated space to bring more yoga, more styles, and more community closer to home.
Mika discovered yoga over a decade ago, as a way to exercise, calm the mind, and become more present. She trained as a teacher as a way to deepen her practice and now she enjoys teaching yoga as a way to help others find the same benefits. Vlad enjoys yoga as a way to relax, improve mobility, and meditate, all of which are beneficial for his Kung Fu practice.
When you practice with us, you're not just taking a yoga class – you're becoming part of our story. You'll see exciting improvements as we grow, making every visit a unique experience.
Come dive into your practice with us and help us build a vibrant yoga community. We can't wait to welcome you!

How common cues in yoga—breath, sensation, and staying with discomfort—train attention and support mindfulness.
Our yoga practice extends beyond the mat. We use soft floors for more comfort, more confidence, and reduced impact on your body.
